I am organizing a reunion for my class. How do I post information to the web site?
If you are involved in planning a class reunion and you would like to get the information posted on this site, contact support. Your account will be given privileges to update the reunion information fo your class. Once this has been done by the site administrators, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then be able to access the reunion information editor via your Locker.

If you had a Public Profile previous to the latest upgrade, you are ready to go on this site. You do not need to get verifiedy, sign up again or anything like that. Simply login and you will be able to update your Public Profile.

What is a Public Profile and how do I create one?
You have to be a registered user and logged in to create a Public Profile. If you have never signed up, please sign up now. After you are registered with the site, you will be directed to fill out your Public Profile. If you have already signed up for the site, it may be that you simply need to log in.

When I login, I am told that my account is in suspense. What's up with that?
If your account is in suspense it is likely that we saw something suspicious and turned it off. If this was the case we would have sent an email to the address that we have on file. You may not have received that email if your your email address is out of date. Don't worry, your data has not been erased. Please contact support to find out why your account has been suspended.

I have filled out a Public Profile before, but it doesn't show up in the class list. Why not?
It could be that your account is in suspense. Try to login. Do you get you get a message saying your account is in suspense?
If your account is in suspense it is likely that we saw something suspicious and turned it off. If this was the case we would have sent an email to the address that we have on file. If this is not the case, something else has gone wrong and you should contact support and explain that your Public Profile is not showing up on the Class Page and your account is not in suspense.

I am looking for reunion information for my class. Where do I find it?
If there is any information on this web site regarding your reunion it will be indicated on your Class Page. The site administrators do not have any reunion information as it is updated by reunion organizers. If you would like to be involved in supplying the site with information about a reunion that you are working on, please contact support.

I'm having trouble logging in. I enter my email address, password, click the button but then the login page just reloads. What's going on?
It's very likely that your browser is not set to accept cookies. We use a cookie on this web site to authenticate you during the login process. Adjust your privacy settings on your browser to allow us to set cookies. If you're not sure this is the problem, please take the cookie test.

I share an email address with another Live Oak alumnus who is already registered on this site and now I can't register. How do I register?
There is a reason why we do this: security. But the fact is that it is a pain for those of you who married your high school sweetheart and share an email account.
We suggest getting an additional email account through Yahoo!, Hotmail or another free email provider. If that solution doesn't work then we can setup a forwarding email account for you.

How do I add a picture to my Public Profile?
We do not allow users to upload pictures to the web site for inclusion within a public profile.
However, if you have a picture that is on another web site that you would like to include, you may do so. When editing your Public Profile, at the line item 'Picture Address', enter in the web address (URL) of your picture. For example:
http://mysite.com/mypicture.jpg
Yes, we know, it's a bit of a tedious process if you don't already have a picture on a remote web site. We are considering offering a service where you would be allowed to upload a picture to the site.
