I have now left the Swedish Anti-trust Authority and joined "the other side", that is a law firm here in Stockholm. Everything is still quite new, have only been here for a couple of weeks. Besides from that nothing much has happened, I am waiting for spring to arrive. Take care!

Hi, EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Time FLIES! I just don't understand how 10 YEARS can go by so fast. I guess we are now considered official "adults." I'm back in Morgan Hill, I'm a Registered Nurse working as a Director of Nursing Services for a local facility. Pretty stressful stuff--so I keep things interesting by traveling a lot. Hope to hear from some of you OLD classmates soon! Congratulations to all new parents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't it nice to stumble upon some nice internet sites every once in a while?

Hi everyone. I just moved back to Morgan Hill and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I got married in 1997 to my lovely wife Iris and have 1 girl and 2 boys. I worked at Netflix for 7 years and got tired of it. Since then I got my real estate license and decided to be a mortgage loan officer and work out of Morgan Hill for Key Lending Group. That's about it and I miss you Vale…

After high school I went to work at Allstate Insurance and lived in San Jose for a while. I am currently living in Morgan Hill with my husband Kevin and our 2 year old daughter Natalie and our 4 month old son Kevin III. I still work for Allstate in Morgan Hill. Diane Brenan-Getz and I are still best friends and talk to each other on a daily basis.

Read my San Francisco 49er Jeff Garcia DUI arrest report here! --------
Read about how the industialized world (and life as we know it) is soon coming to an end here! Pretty scary stuff! --------
It's time for another update in my little slice of cyberspace. I have been working as a police officer for the Hollister Police Department for over 2 years now after leaving the SJSU Police. The City of Hollister is going bankrupt. There was a 1% sales tax initiative on the last ballot to help save city services from getting the axe. Since we only have a 7.25% rate now, that would merely bring us in line with Santa Clara County and most of the state. The voters decided that they did not care about city services (mainly public safety) in this post 9/11 Columbine era. I think the voters want Hollister to become the next Salinas...but with limited shopping and dining choices. Our way understaffed police department will be taking more hits to the budget and that will mean even further cutbacks in services and personnel. If you live in this city I hope you don't become a crime victim. On a brighter note, my life has been filled with joy raising a baby daughter with my wife Jony. Isabela is now 9 months old. She practically learns something new every day, and definitely every week. She's crawling and pulling herself up to stand now. She is cutting her first tooth, which I'm sure will be in any day now. She says mama and dada. Time really flies. It's hard to believe how fast babies develope. Before long she'll be sneaking out of the house & getting drunk at high school parties. =) (uhh!, lets hope not!) Till next time. Cheers!

I would like to say hi to everybody who still remembers me after ten years. I was the French exchange student during the schoolyear 1989-90. I have been living and working in Mexico for 11 years now. I remember Live Oak as the first big experience of my life out of my country learning other language and knowing new friends. I would like to thank all the people who were part of my life during that year.

I am married with two beautiful daughters. Kassy is now 15 and anxious to drive. She plays on two competitive soccer teams that travel everywhere. Gabby is 10 and loves playing soccer as well. She is also a great cook for her age. For of you who don't know I did marry my high school sweethart and we are definately best friends. My kids keep me very busy. I am currently working the night shift as an RN with newborn babies, and I LOVE IT. I don't think I could ever work the "normal" shift. I currently live in Modesto, Ca. But I do miss the small town feel of Morgan Hill. My AIM screen name is: "nitesrnrock" if you ever want to send me an instant message. Hope to hear from my old classmates.

Hi all. Allan and I have been busy with everything God has been sending us. We still live in Hollister. Allan started his own business in April of 2005 and I've been doing the bookkeeping for him. The commute to San Jose has been tiring and time consuming. We often think about moving back to San Jose or Morgan Hill. As busy as we've been though, we decided to have a fourth and final child. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on April 11th, 2006. We now have 2 girls and 2 boys. A while back Miss Michelle Minahan got me to start a MySpace account. It's been a nice surprise hearing from some of you there. I do still manage to find time to keep in touch and play EQ and Wow occasionally while bookkeeping =) Anywho, mommy duty calls. Drop a line if you have some time...

Hello Acorns! I can't believe it's been well over a decade since we were crazy high school kids. Lots going on with me, many blessings in my life; it just keeps getting better and better. The travel bug has hit me, been spending lots of time exploring and meeting new people. I didn't venture too far from home as I live in Willow Glen, San Jose, work in MtnView, & play in SF. I have a small staffing company, am still trying to finish my thesis from Grad School (will it ever be done?), parents still in M.H., & I just love trips to Napa to relax & drink good wine! I can't complain... Hope all is well with all of you! Drop me a line, would love to hear from you.

It hard to believe that nearly 20 years have past by our class. Spent six years in the USMC after graduating and then went to college and earned degrees in Public Administration, Political Science, and Russian. Presently completing my Master's of Public Administration. Working as an Assistant Township Manager in Pennsylvania (Franconia Township - I am in the process of building a web-site). Keep flirting with politics and have been elected to a local government council (1995 and 1999) and appointed to local boards serving the public. Married since 1989 and have 2 children - a daughter 7 years and a son 15 months. They are quite a challenge and I look forward to watching them grow-up. Miss Morgan Hill a bit and have visited when traveling through the area. How it is changing, but it stills maintains some of its uniqueness. Glad to find the Live Oak web-site. Best wishes to all!

All, So great to see this page. What memories it brings up. On me: (nobody calls me BEAR) I spent 9 years in the Navy, 1 year 311 days underwater in the sub service. Became the youngest person to become a Satellite Manager (shore duty). Finished my degree (BS/CIS) while in the service. Started my professional career as a Sales Engineer and am currently employed as Dir. Client Services for Commtouch Software. Been there for over a year an a half and enjoyed the experience of bringing a company public. I’ve been married for seven great years to a beautiful, patient and wonderful woman (Brooke) who is expecting our first child mid December. In basic, first 4 years out were very humbling the last few have been bliss. Can’t wait for the reunion. Please feel free to contact me.

Hey Y'all! I found this website and wow! it was great to hear how everyone is doing. Well let's see after grad I joined the Navy for two years and that wasn't exactly my choice of career, so I came back to MH and worked here and there. I met the love of my life Elsa and we've been together for 11 years now and we're living in Texas. I currently work for the City of Sabinal as a heavy equipment operator among water, gas utilities and lots of other things too many to mention. My wife and I have a crop and hunting ranch here in Sabinal and its about 300 acres. I'm going back to school to work on an associates in wildlife management.I hope to pursue a career in either a state park manager or a wildlife game reserve. I'd love to here from you so please e-mail me.

What's up class of 90? It's Bracy signing in to let everybody know what I've been up to. After grad. I went for a semester to San Jose City Coll. Then to Gavilan. From there I recieved a full ride football scholarship to a division II coll. in Iowa. I majored in Communications & Phys. Ed. I haven't finished yet, after my final season there I entered my name in the NFL draft. At this time I was getting tossesd around to different Pro football camps. I even spent some time overseas trying out for World League Football. Now I'm back in MH. I'm a journeyman electrician. I'm also working a little side job with the "Dogg House" on the radio station 94.9 I guess I'll go back to Coll. and pick up my degrees in Comm. & Phys. Ed. I might as well, I only need 16 more units to get them. (maybe this Fall) I hope I get to hear from you guys!!! The latest news in my life is that, out of the blue I was contacted by a recruiting agent for the NY Jets. We sat down and talked, and decided that he will give me one more shot at the NFL. This came as a big suprise to me, I think that I had finaly got it out of my head that I wasn't going to play at that level. Well here I go again!! What's up Lake Shasta crew, you know who you are. (get at me) One more thing, don't forget PK, if you don't know already; it's too late now. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Wow....a lot has changed since my last entry! It's just amazing how fast the time goes. Chris (King) and I just celebrated our ten year anniversary last summer. We live in Hilton Head, South Carolina and are the proud parents of two little boys. Hopefully I will get to finish typing this before they wake up! Jeffrey just turned three last Nov. and he LOVES trains and all the boy stuff. He's a little "mini-me" version of his Daddy. We were so blessed to have another little boy last July. Matthew is almost 7 months old now. He's got the chubbiest little cheeks and looks a little more like Mommy so at least people will believe I am his mother. I can't wait for the two of them to play together. Chris started a business here with my father-in-law called Occtane. They have created the most amazing tourism kiosk. I am so proud! I get to stay home with the boys here, but certainly miss California a TON!!
Linda, Jeff, Ali, and Fari were here in December. Kathy came in September and Leannie and I are trying to plan the next visit. Hope everyone is doing well. Email anytime!

Anyone live in another country now? I'm close, my nomad genes have found themselves in Maui. It seems like another country out here. After 3 awesome years in Texas, I responded to the family call. My parents and I now own a small specialty mushroom farm on the side of a VOLCANO; well that win at the the science fair has finally paid off. No kids, no wife; to many dreams to compete with I guess. Lovin life either way. Is it Reunion time or are we waitin another 5? Hope all is going well fer ya'll. Take care and be safe in our blooming world.

Life in the Long household continues to be busy with 2 kids running around. Lyndsey is 8 and excelling at school and will be a black belt before we know it. Julia is 4 and loves pre-school and anything her big sister is into. They keep me on my feet with school and activities, rarely a dull moment. Dewayne(class of 89) and I just celebrated our 11 year anniversary and we still live in Gilroy. Thanks to his job, I am able to stay home with the kids.... but not forever... I may lose my mind !!
My life got interesting a year ago...my wife Adrienne and I had a son! His name is John-Thomas (we named him after my father), and he changes every day. In other news, I'm still working at Cisco, as a Quality Engineer. After being without work for nearly a year, Adrienne is now working as the receptionist at a daycare center. I sold my Z, but only so I could get one with a manual transmission and a couple of turbos. We got Adrienne a WRX Sport Wagon, so we're a turbo family, now. Petie, our Rottie is finally starting to mellow out a little bit, although he will still eat just about anything he can get his jaws around...which can be problematic when you have a smal child that likes throwing his toys on the floor when you're not looking. Sasha, our White German Shepherd, is doing well. Tabitha, our cat, is very tolerant of John-Thomas, who absolutely adores her, and shows it by tackling her and hugging her. Logan, the cat who we're technically watching, but will probably end up having for the rest of his life, is as reclusive as ever, rarely coming out of our renter's bedroom. Life is good.

I guess the Acorn God's wanted me to update this site, because last night I had a dream about people from High School. And to my surprise It had been 5 years to the day since I last updated the site (Dec 09, 1999). So instead of trying to mess with Karma I decided to give an update. I'm still living in Newington, CT with my wife Donna and 10 year old daughter Allison. I work for The Hartford Insurance group's IT department and keep busy coaching my Daughters Softball games and watching her Cheerlead for the local Midget Football team. We are currently in the process of building an addition on our house, and for any of you who have had to deal with a builder know it can be trying at times, but now that it's almost done I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We have no plans on having anymore kids, the one I have is really good and we want to Travel after she goes off to College. Anyway I would love to here from you guys so drop a line!

Hi Everyone,
Okay..just realized that I have not updated this since right after the reunion in 2000! Where does the time go? I am still living in Gilroy with my husband, Jeff, we just had our 8 year anniversary in June and are blessed with two great kids. Tyler is 6 and going into the first grade. Morgan is almost 4 and starting preschool. They are so much fun and keep us on our toes! Everyone says Tyler is just like his Dad, kinda shy and fairly quite. Morgan, is the spitting image of me and talks non-stop! My career has taken some crazy turns in the last few years. After graduating from San Jose State I went to work for Santa Clara County, both in Social Services and in the Public Health Department. Then, after Tyler was born I took 6 months off and then decided to go back to teaching preschool/daycare ( which I did during college). That was great for awhile since both my kids could be with me all day. When Tyler started Kindergarten I decided I would try something that would allow me to stay home more. My husband and I started a small traffic data collection business from home. It is going great and I am able to do most of the work out of my house, thus spend more time with the kids. It has been a learing experience for me since I knew nothing about traffic data collection! But, my husband is civil engineer who specializes in traffic/transportation so he helped me learn alot. He still works full-time for an engineering firm here in Gilroy but my business supplements pretty well. We like Gilroy but still would move out of California if the opportunity ever arose. It's just getting too expensive here! Track homes in our neighborhood are selling for almost a million dollars--there is something very wrong with that! If anyone who lives out of state reads this and really loves where they live send me an email and let me know where it is! Hope eveyone is well--drop a line anytime to say hello or catch up.

Wow! Time flies when you're having fun! I've been back in the area and a single woman for 3 years now. I have decided that I'm ready to have fun and find another relationship. Watch out world... here I come (again!). My children are growing tremendously. Kailey is now 12 and entering 7th grade; Nicole is 9 and entering 4th grade; and Morgan (who is currently admiring himself in the mirrow with his tinkertoy sword and just his unders) is now 7 and entering 1st grade! We still live in Gilroy, I still work @ Bright Horizons Child Care Center in San Jose although now I am a Program Cooridinator over 86 two - five year olds and 12 teachers. I'm always looking for enthusiastic, qualified Early Childhood teachers... Drop me a line! I've gone back to school to get my degree and have taken a serious liking to margaritas, a good Reisling, Brie and artichoke and the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa. Life is good and will only get better. Take care everyone.... until next time.....

Still in Bay Area, working in various jobs, mostly clerical or HR. Went to Fresno State and CSU Hayward, graduated San Jose State in 2004 after the million year plan. Psychology and music... Playing with ideas of going back to school later to get Elementary School teaching credential, and hopefully Masters in Education as well.
I'm on Livejournal and My Space under kethraj, been using it for years. Please send me an email if you want to say hi.
