I live in San Jose and I work in Redwood City for a computer company called SmartForce. I'm still acting occasionally. Right now, I'm taking a break from auditioning for roles because I'm writing a play. I've been working on it since November 2000 and it's slowly taking shape. I plan on shopping the script at any of the major professional theatre houses around the bay area. Crossing my fingers but I won't have to worry about that for a while. Just working on developing the story and all will fall into place. Here's to your dreams! -Glenn Artero

Goodness, let's see, sum up the past 20 years.... Graduated SJSU with a degree in journalism. Played drums semi-professionally. Worked in the mountaineering industry, traveled the world a bit, worked in the music technology industry (editorial manager), quit to work as a freelance musician and writer, went back to school (SFSU), got my master's degree in broadcasting, worked as a part-time professor at SFSU. And that gets us up to date. Overeducated and underpaid, living in SF. Currently working as a writer and a musician. Looking for a job in media production to pay back my student loans and enter Stage X of life. Been with the same girl for 5 years, a wonderful human being indeed... her, not me. ;)

I am currently living in Hollister with my Husband Joel, daughter Krystina 16, & son Justin 10. The kids keep us very busy with their activities. Krystina is a Sophmore at San Benito High School! I am sooo getting paid back for all the things I did to my Mother as a teenager. Those girls there is so much drama. I am thankful I have such a awesome daughter we have so much fun together and she is the most beautiful girl. Justin is in the 4th grade. He has NO fear. He loves baseball and football, skateboard, and motorcycles.Boys.....they never Stop!He keeps us on our toes that is for sure. He is quite the character he is always making us laugh.
The kids sports have kept us very busy this year. We are very active in Pop Warner and Little League. Justin played on 3 different baseball teams this year. Krystina's does cheerleading and track. My husband coaches Justin's basbeball team and travel ball team and this year he was one of the offensive coaches for Justin's football team and that kept us very busy.
We love living in Hollister. I work for the San Benito County Water District. I love it! It's nice to be close to the kids. Joel is still working in Morgan Hill. Hope every one's doing great. I'd love to hear from some of you. sandersmonjoel@sbcglobal.net
We’re still in town. We have a small horse ranch by the old Flying Lady golf course that used to be owned by the Morgan family. I Married Julie Bradley (LO class of '86) way back in '89. Together, Julie and I have two beautiful daughters, Amanda and Jennifer, who attend the Charter School of Morgan Hill at the old Encinal site. It’s very strange dropping them off each morning at my old elementary school.
Some how I missed the reunion notifications and am really bummed I didn't get to hook up with you all again.
I spent five or so years as the product manager of web portals for a large mortgage banker. The mortgage industry collapse left us both seeking new opportunities. Fortunately, I landed at Cisco and am now the web analyst/developer for the US-Canada sales team. Julie works part time for Comcast while the girls are in school and spends the rest of her time taxiing the girls from school to music and singing lessons, girl scouts, and in her oodles of spare time (yeah right) enjoys riding and caring for her horses.
Most of my time is spent attempting to lower my golf handicap, playing softball, and being a dad.
I hope you are all well, and busy making your dreams come true. Shoot me an email and let me know what you’re up to.

This year I turned 30 so I guess I am feeling a bit nostalgic and feel like looking back. Where am I now? I live in South San Jose with my wife and beautiful 2-year-old daughter. I work for Cisco Systems. But perhaps most importantly I have been clean and sober 13 years. One thing I have been thinking about lately is: What would it be like to go back to 1984 with a maturity and knowledge that I have now in the year 2000? Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't trade anything I have now for that. I truly feel blessed about my life. But, to go back and do it again would seem quite cool. I was in Tahoe a few weeks ago and was playing black jack with a young couple. I noticed her class ring (green stone) we started talking and I told her jokingly that my school mascot was the Mighty Acorn. She and her boyfriend were both from Live Oak, Class of '97! We exchanged the super secret Acorn handshake and continued to play cards into the wee hours of the night and early morning. I hope everyone is enjoying the life they have set out upon once leaving the stage with diploma in hand. I personally am having the time of my life. Take care, Larry

I'm living in Boise, ID with my husband Tim and our three daughters Sarah (4), Leah (2) and Mary (6 months). I was working for Weyerhaeuser Business as a Business Systems Analyst until September last year when I started my new exciting career as a stay-at-home mom. My new career is at least as challenging as my first and much more rewarding. I love it! I'd love to hear from some old friends!

For your information, I am no longer shy! (Elected Most Shyest 1987) I have been selected to pose naked for a California Firefighters Hot Man Calendar. Before joining the effort of fighting fires, I dedicated my life to the Psychic Friends Network. You would be amazed that this network really works! If anyone would like to get a hold of me and talk about old times come to Woodchopper on Saturdays between 7:30-11:00 p.m. You can also spot me driving through Morgan Hill driving in a 1969 Blue Camaro. GO NUTS !!! P.S. I didn't throw the bottle!!!

I've been living in the Sierra foothills since October of 2000 in Auburn near Grass Valley and I love it here. The mountains are definitely my real home. I have two awesome daughters, Lauren (10 yrs old) and Taylor (8 yrs old).
I stay involved with my daughters lives, coaching their soccer teams in the summer and snowboarding with them in the winter and popping into their classes to help on occasion. They go to an awesome charter school in Nevada City called School of the Arts. I also love to steal them out of classes on occasion to play hooky and see a movie the day it opens or snowboard just after it snows.
I'm also selling my house, changing careers and getting divorced (what a December!), so looking forward to a completely different way of life in 2008...

Well the last time I saw anyone was at the 10 year reunion. At that time I had just moved back from Australia where my husband, daughter and I had been living for 6 months. What a great experience. I am married and have two beautiful girls. Ashley just turned 11 and is entering the 7th grade. Kyleigh is 7 1/2 and will be starting 3rd grade this fall. We recently justed from San Diego (where we had been for 10 1/2 years) to come back to the Bay Area, so my husband could take a job as Worldwide VP of Technology for a Bay Area company. Now we live in the East Bay (Danville to be exact)which is like a foreign country to me. I was so used to growing up in the South Bay and never spent much time in the East Bay. Danville is proving to be a great place to raise a family (never thought I'd be saying those words). I am a stay at home mom and love (almost) every minute of it. The girls keep me very busy with school, sports and friends. I can't complain life has been very good to me. I have been lucky enough to have heard from some of you over the years, but would love to hear from some more of you. Hope to see you at the reunion.
Class of 1987. After graduation I headed up UC Davis to play Water Polo and go to school. I eventually transferred and graduated from SJSU. Upon graduation I worked as a Congressional Aide to Congressman Norman Y. Mineta. Following Rep. Mineta's retirement from Congress I became a Political Consultant, running campaigns, public affairs, lobbying and communications work. Currently, I'm working for another member of Congress, Anna Eshoo. She represents the 14th Congressional District(Palo Alto, Mtn. View, Sunnyvale). I got married in Dec. of 1997! Kirsten Francis. She went to school back East and we actually met through Congressman Mineta. She is wonderful and I couldn't be happier. Or so I thought, until we had a baby boy on May 5, 1999. That's right Cinco de Mayo! Now, I couldn't be happier! Patrick Francis Carr is the most wonderful thing to ever happen to me. I have plenty of pictures and can e-mail them, so just let me know if you would like to see a picture of the little guy. I ran for the school board in 1996 and Won. Yes, that's right, Larry now sits on the Board of Education for the schools we graduated from. It has been a tiring, at times frustrating, but very rewarding experience. It's a thrill for me to stand on the stage at Live Oak's graduation and hand diplomas to the latest graduating class. And yes, they press beer bottle caps into my hand, hand me eggs and many other things that we all remember. I would love to hear from everyone, please free feel to send me message. -LARRY

Okay, it has been WAY to long since I updated this message.
I am working at ADP (Anybody who needs payroll setup for contact me I can help out) since 2004.
My daughter is awesome and doing VERY well in school, she is in the first grade this year.
I have been married for 11 years (wow) to a wonderful man named Miles.
We live in Campbell but often go through Morgan Hill and we are constantly amazed by the changes.
Hoping to hear from friends or about a Reunion.
Wow, time sure does fly! Sorry I missed the reunion (my oldest son had surgery)he is fine now. Well since HS I went to Gav for two years, then transferred to Chico State for Three years. Got a Business Degree and did the Management thing for three years, hated it. (good money ,terrible hours) So I went back to school and got my teaching credential. I have been teaching Computers, Math and coaching football for the past 3 ½ years. I work at Live Oak High School in Live Oak, CA.(25 miles south of Chico) kind of weird, well we also have an elementary school named encinal in our district. I have been married for 5 ½ years to a wonderful woman named Jennifer. She teaches 8th grade English in the same district. It is nice to have summers off together. We also have two boys, Dallas is 4 ½ and Devin is 2 ½ . So between them coaching and teaching we are very busy. Hope to hear from any lost friends to catch up on old times.

How is it going everyone? It has been a busy 2001 for us so far. Our son Spencer is now three years old, and our daughter was born on February 23rd (The day before mine.) We named her Rachel She was over a month early, but she was still seven pounds three and a half ounces! During the pregnancy, I was spending all of my spare time remodelling the baby's room. Myself and Tiffany are doing great and are getting used to not getting any sleep. Well later everyone, drop me an email if you want to chat.
